Since Saturday I was thinking of what to do during the weekend. Aside from my walking every night and uploading pics for this blog. Last night wasn't able to post. Too much exhausted from work. Gusto ko lang matulog ng matulog. Thursday, and still were busy in the office. Grabe, para din regular day. Usually pag Thursday parang free day namin, pero nowadays, wala lang. Busy day pa din.
Nakatapos na ako mag walking, it lasted for 2 hours. Ok naman, enjoy kahit pagod. Hindi gaano malamig sa labas,pero busy un road. So ingat pagtawid baka masagasaan pa ako. Hahahahaha... I already lost 2kg since I started walking 5 days ago. Chicken na lang sa akin un paglalakad, so far ok naman blood pressure ko. So I hope by next month medyo kita na un results.
